A Personal Note From the Founder of Pro Buyers:

It's important to me that my clients know that I have their best interests in mind. I offer the following comments to all potential clients to help understand a little better what we're all about:  

I tell the truth and live with the consequences. Again and again I've found that people prefer to work this way. My concern is about my clients' well-being, their goals and what is best for them, always! 

My Clients Are In Complete Control!

I work for you.  There is never pressure to buy or lease a particular brand or accept an offer that's not right for you because you are in control. In our crazy industry, others may recommend "short cuts" that end up leaving you far short of your goals. I have learned that the best results are only achieved when all due diligence has been expended. You have my commitment that I will always be tireless in my efforts to work on your behalf.

Almost all of my business comes to me by referral from friends and past clients I have worked with for years. I am literally building my company one client at a time.

Because these people have dealt with me in the past, and have seen first-hand the high level of service and commitment I provide to my clients, there is a very high level of trust. That means trust in my integrity, in my level of skill and market knowledge to do the best job possible and in my commitment to put the needs and requirements of my clients first!

I generally work on referral basis, meaning that if I provide my clients with the high level of service that they deserve and require, I hope and expect that my clients will refer their business associates to me.

One of the best ways to have potential new clients learn more about me is by reading about or talking to other people who have enjoyed my company's services. I have therefore set up a What Customers Have to Say About Pro Buyers section of this website for your review.

A second way I differentiate my company is by offering guarantees of service with a consequence to me if we don't perform for you as promised. I have several distinct guarantees which raise the "bar" of quality to which everyone who is in a service business should aspire.

That's why we have never created the same program twice.
