The Pro Buyers corporate mission will always be, first and foremost, to protect the office equipment buyer. At no time will we ever accept any monies from equipment manufacturers or dealers. We will assist the purchasing/finance/information technology teams within organizations through the process of negotiating world-class office equipment contracts. The end result of our work will be to create win-win business relationships between buyers and sellers.

We are uniquely qualified to fill the important consumer advocacy role as stated above. Why? Because, even after five successful years in business, we are still the ONLY digital copier industry analyst organization that has extensive experience working together with buyers AND sellers in major multifunctional copier acquisition projects. 

Our copier consulting technical staff consists of highly qualified marketing, networking and purchasing professionals with an average of over 20 years of industry experience. Our staff members often attend executive-level briefings to view products and programs that have not yet been released into the marketplace. In fact, our staff is very well known to senior executives within every copier/printer manufacturing firm.
