Positions held: National Sales Training Manager, National Copier Product Planning Manager, National Sales Support Manager and National Marketing Manager. Responsibilities included: developing sales training programs, writing product launch materials, creating third-party leasing programs, coordinating major account product training support programs, developing sales incentive programs and working closely with Minolta’s manufacturing facility representatives in Osaka, Japan to develop future product concepts, including digital copiers.

2001 – Pro Buyers LLC. President. Founded the industry's first and only consulting organization generating revenue solely from office equipment buyers. Expanded support and technical staff to eight and opened three new offices within 18 months.
